As a doctor, I understand the importance of good ingredients and healthy choices. But more importantly, as a mother of two little ice cream lovers, I wanted the joy on my children's faces without the worry that so often comes with store-bought treats.
I wished for an ice cream made with ingredients I could trust and proudly serve to my own family — fresh milk, cream, eggs, real fruits and real flavours, without preservatives or unnecessary additives.
What started as a mother's desire to make a healthier treat for her children slowly became a passion, and then a brand. Every tub is still made at home in small batches, with less sugar and the same love and care that went into those very first scoops for my kids.
